Store use
Use the store only for lawful shopping. Do not interfere with security, submit false information or attempt unauthorized access.
Products, prices and orders
Prices are shown in USD. Review the selected variant, quantity, shipping details and total before ordering. We may cancel or limit an order for fraud, availability, pricing or legal reasons and will communicate any resulting refund.
Payments
Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may depend on country, device and provider eligibility. Payment authorization does not always mean an order has been accepted. Never send full card details by email.
Shipping and returns
Shipping is USD 6 below a USD 36 merchandise subtotal and free at USD 36 or more. Orders normally dispatch within 3 business days; estimated delivery is 5–15 business days after dispatch. Return requests must be made within 30 days after delivery and approved refunds are processed within 5 business days after inspection. The Shipping Policy and Refund Policy form part of these Terms.
Intellectual property and third-party services
Store content is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Shopify, payment providers, carriers and other independent services may apply their own terms.
Liability
Nothing excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to reasonably foreseeable loss arising directly from the affected order.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and disputes arising from the site or purchases are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that may lawfully be subject to forum selection must be brought before a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction located in California. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
