About an order

Include your order number, the email address used at checkout and a short description of your question. If the issue concerns a particular item, please identify its name and selected option. A clear photograph can be useful for a damaged or incorrect item, when you are able to provide one.

Before you choose

Send the product name or its page link and tell us which detail you would like to check. Product instructions and the information on the packaging remain important when deciding whether an item is suitable for your needs.

Returns and delivery questions

Visit Returns & Refunds for return requests, or Shipping & Delivery for order delivery information. Contact us for return instructions before arranging a shipment; the dispatch address printed on a parcel is not necessarily the address for a return.

Privacy requests

You can use the same email address for a question or request about personal information. Please use “Privacy request” as your subject so we can identify the nature of your message.

Please do not email a full payment-card number, password or government identity document. If additional information is needed to locate an order or confirm a request, we will explain what is required.
