Contact support@antelit.com within 30 days after delivery to request a return. Do not send an item before receiving return instructions.
Eligibility
Returned items should be unused, in their original condition and include original packaging and supplied parts. For hygiene and safety, opened or used personal-care, cosmetic, hair, nail or intimate-contact items may be ineligible unless damaged, defective or incorrect. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Requesting a return
Provide the order number, item and variant, reason for the request and clear photographs when damaged, defective or incorrect. We will confirm eligibility and return-shipping responsibility before shipment.

Return shipping
For a confirmed damaged, defective or incorrect item attributable to us, we provide return instructions and cover reasonable return shipping where required. For an approved change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Refund timing
After a returned item is received, inspected and approved, we process the refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. The payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.
