These terms explain the basis on which you can shop at antelit.com. “ANTELIT,” “we” and “us” refer to this store. You can reach us at support@antelit.com.
Before placing an order
Read the listing for the item you choose, including its size, shade or other option, quantity and any directions or warnings. A screen can display colors differently from the physical item, but this does not remove your right to receive what was described. Store campaign imagery is illustrative; the product listing identifies the goods offered.
You must have the legal capacity to make the purchase. Please use information you are entitled to provide, and check your contact and delivery details before submitting checkout.
Your checkout total
Our store displays prices in United States dollars (USD). Review the currency, items, shipping charges and taxes presented at checkout before authorizing payment. A bank may charge its own conversion or transaction fee when your account uses a different currency.
A later change to a displayed price applies to future purchases. We will not add an unexpected amount to an order you have already placed without asking for your agreement.
If an order needs attention
If an item cannot be supplied, a material listing error is discovered or information needed to complete an order is missing, we will contact you about the available next step. We will not substitute a different item without your agreement. Where an order or part of it is cancelled and payment has been collected, the amount due back will be refunded as required by law.
Email us as soon as possible if you want to correct or cancel an order. Whether an optional change can be made depends on the order's progress. This does not affect any cancellation right provided by applicable law.
Receiving goods and asking for a remedy
The Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Refunds pages explain the arrangements for orders. Tell us if something has gone wrong so we can identify the problem and the remedy available to you.
Product directions and warnings should guide use. Check available ingredient information when it is relevant to your needs. Descriptions on this website are shopping information and are not individual medical advice.
Using the website responsibly
Do not disrupt the store, attempt unauthorized access, send malicious code or use another person's details without permission. You may use the site to browse, share links and make lawful purchases. Commercial reuse of original ANTELIT text or design requires permission unless a legal exception applies. Rights in third-party materials remain with their owners.
Links to other websites can take you outside our store. Review the terms and privacy information of any separate service you choose to use. Our own handling of information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Rights that remain yours
No section of these terms removes a consumer guarantee, refund entitlement or other protection that the law does not allow us to restrict. This includes applicable Australian Consumer Law guarantees and mandatory protections in the United States and Canada. We remain responsible where the law requires it; these terms do not require arbitration or waive your access to a court or consumer authority.
Updates and questions
We may revise this page as the store changes. A revision does not retrospectively reduce the rights attached to an earlier purchase. Keep a copy of the terms and order information relevant to your purchase if you wish to refer to them later.
